Where an account is closed due to a breach of these Terms, any balance may be forfeited depending on the nature of the breach. Where an account is closed for any other reason (for example, at the player's request), the remaining real-money balance will be returned to the player via their registered payment method within a reasonable period, after completing any outstanding KYC requirements.

Where changes are material, we will notify registered players by email or by displaying a prominent notice on the platform at least 7 days before the new terms take effect. Continued use of the platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the applicable laws of the jurisdiction in which 777no is licensed to operate. Any disputes arising from or related to these Terms or your use of the 777no platform will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of that jurisdiction.
